When you refer loan prospects in states that require an originator license and the state requirements or registration have not been completed our VPA position will partner you with a fully licensed originator and allow you to process loans and will provide you the assistance you need to meet the necessary state requirements if your goal is to ultimately originate loans under our VLO position. The good news is, You may actually originate loans in states that do not require a loan originators license or registration.
